I Salotti serves sophisticated, contemporary, innovative dishes with fine local wines. Among its highlights are filetto di manzo chianino flambé fasciato con lardo and scaloppa di fegato grasso e composta di cipolle rosse -local grilled beef steak with bacon and escalope of liver with braised red onions. Zaira  serves regional dishes, also with an excellent wine list. There is an Etruscan wine cellar too( tel. 0578 20260; www.zaira.it; Via Arunte 12; closed Mon with the exception of  Jul-Sep).
